In January 2019, BNP Paribas, BPCE, CACEIS, Crédit Agricole Titres, Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale, La Banque Postale and Société Générale selected SLIB to build and operate RegistrAccess, a platform using Blockchain/DLT technology to digitise transaction orders (TOs) and the record keeping of holders of unlisted securities.

RegistrAccess, a simple, secure and fully digital solution, will improve the fluidity and efficiency of information exchanges between issuers of securities not admitted to the operations of a central depository or their agent and custodian-account holders or their agent.
For 6 months, the registrars and account holders of the various pilot institutions, accompanied by Ailancy and SLIB, shared their expertise in order to design a common solution in line with current market practices. Construction started in June 2019.
The pilot participants will be able to start using the platform to carry out exchange tests from November 2019. The operational roll-out of the solution, integrating MDO circularisation and record keeping functions, is planned for March 2020.
