Partners
Marie-Thérèse Aycard founded and managed the Synor Conseil firm until 1996. Then she joined Eurogroup, where she had been partner for 10 years, before creating Ailancy in 2008. She is a specialist in definition and deployment of operational strategies and management of grants and steering complex transformation projects, she develops our interventions relating to the optimization of risk management and compliance systems. Her main areas of intervention are financial markets, risk / compliance functions, commercial banks and private management.
Christophe worked for 9 years in banking and finance team of Eurogroup before joining Ailancy in 2010. He mainly works in the areas of retail banking and private banking on transformation projects. He has notably contributed to numerous commercial and operational efficiency and information system redesign projects.
Romuald Hajeri a démarré sa carrière comme trader sur les marchés de taux à la banque JP Morgan à Paris et à Londres avant de s’engager avec passion dans le métier du conseil en stratégie et transformation chez Gemini consulting. Après 7 ans et la confiance de ses premiers clients, Romuald participe à la création du cabinet Headlink en Septembre 2000. Il les accompagne depuis dans leur stratégie de croissance, de programme de fusions et de performance opérationnelle, particulièrement dans les métiers de banque d’investissement et de gestion d’actifs et rejoint dans le cadre d’un rapprochement le groupe Ailancy en mai 2021.
Séverine worked for 7 years at ABN AMRO then for 3 years in the Banking Insurance practice of Atos Consulting. She joined Ailancy in 2008, where she became a partner in 2012. Her area of expertise is operational efficiency, which she has acquired by managing numerous transformation projects of different kinds: definition and implementation of new organizations, mergers, pooling or outsourcing of activities. She has a good knowledge of the challenges and professions of investment banking, private banking and savings (Asset Management, Employee Savings and Retirement Savings).
Frédéric joined Eurogroup’s France board in 2006 , then at Latitude in Morocco, before becoming an Ailancy partner in 2017 following the opening of the Ailancy office in Casablanca. He operates primarily in the areas of retail banking and investment services. He has contributed in particular to numerous organizational projects (diagnosis / procedures / process / activity development, etc.), information system (AMOA, support in choosing IS, etc.), governance and human resources, management change, as well as the management of major transformation projects (PMO).
Passionate about technologies serving financial markets in investment banking and market infrastructures, Jean-Charles started his career at Accenture before joining Ailancy in September 2021 when it merged with Headlink. He is recognized by his clients as a trusted partner in their innovative and sustainable transformations (IT & Tech, new business, outsourcing, customer experience). Jean-Charles is a graduate of ISEP – an engineering school specialising in digital technologies.
Sébastien started his career in 2001 at PricewaterhouseCoopers and joined the audit department for the insurance sector. He joined the CSC advisory team in 2007 and then Ailancy in 2014. Sébastien is involved in many types of assignments: project management, change management, internal checks for both insurance companies and mutualist groups.
Graduate of Télécom Bretagne and HEC, Philippe began his career in 1995 in the Strategy Department of Crédit du Nord. In 1998, he moved to organizational and management consulting in the banking and financial sector, within Deloitte Consulting then at Eurogroup as Director, before joining Ailancy in 2009. He has in particular developed an expertise in restructuring, IT strategy and improvement of commercial efficiency, working mainly for network banks.
Anne joined Ailancy in 2022 to develop a complementary offer to the services we have been providing to our clients for the past 18 years: the human accompaniment of transformation and the development of new postures for leaders and managers in the context of these changes. A recognised professional in the development and coaching of teams and leaders, she is a coach appreciated by leaders: she supports them and their teams in their transformation projects in order to bring people on board in these changes.
Guillaume started his career as sector analyst before intervening on financial markets. He then joined consulting and has been working for the past ten years with retail and private banks to support them in their transformation projects, whether they are organizational or regulatory. Guillaume has joined Ailancy in 2012 and he is specialized in Data issues.
Yannick has more than 20 years of experience in the Banking, Finance and Insurance sector… and in particular in asset management and private banking, financial savings and life insurance, as well as investment services, with proven experience in development, innovation, operational, digital and technological transformation, or regulatory projects. He has spent the last 8 years at Chappuis Halder & Cie, as Director and then Partner.
A graduate of NEOMA Rouen and ICADE Madrid, Yves-José has more than 25 years of experience in retail banking and consulting, both in France and internationally. He started his career in Spain and then, through his career at Deloitte, HSBC, KPMG, and Cognizant, he led major transformation programmes, on the evolution of distribution models, operational efficiency, and the improvement of commercial performance, mainly in corporate and retail banking. Certified Master Black Belt by Smallpeice Entreprises and Warwick University, Yves-José has participated in the management and development of external and internal consulting teams on business and operational transformation for large banking groups. In 2021, he will join Ailancy as a Partner focusing on retail banking issues.
After a 10-year career in consulting (at Odyssée and Eurogroup), Thibaut joined Ailancy in 2008, where he became a partner in 2009. He has extensive experience in strategic positioning studies, improving operational performance and profitability of major information system projects. He is recognized for his know-how in leading marketplace projects. He works mainly with financial institutions in the areas of capital markets, securities businesses and online banking.
Vincent has been working for over 15 years with the Executive Committee of Asset Managers, Investment Banks and Private Banks to lead their transformation projects. He has led numerous projects to develop new offerings, overhaul operational chains, and manage regulatory programs. After starting his career at Equinox Consulting, Vincent joined Headlink Partners in 2014 before joining Ailancy at the time of the merger.
With more than 15 years in market activities, including 12 years at Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux as head of the Organization, then COO of the London entity, Jérôme joined Ailancy in 2013 as Senior Manager before to become a partner in 2017. He has extensive experience in investment services, particularly in the context of complex transformation projects related to the launch of new offers, the impact of new regulations or the overhaul of organizations and of systems.
After 13 years in consulting for financial institutions (Equinox Consulting, Roland Berger, Headlink Partners and Cognizant), Thomas joined Ailancy in 2021 as a partner. He assists major French and international banks in defining their strategic plans, developing new activities, designing operational models, providing regulatory expertise and leading major transformation programs. He works mainly with corporate and investment banks, asset managers and investor services; on business, operational, IT and compliance issues. In addition, he is heavily involved with his clients and their ecosystems in the framing and implementation of sustainable finance.
Senior Management
Géraldine joined Ailancy Luxembourg on 01/10/21. With 25 years of diversified experience in financial services, she led audit and internal control missions. More recently she ran medium to large-size transformation programs, involving front office, middle and back office as well as downstream changes for risk and finance departments. She has a strong business background with practical applications of IT transformation in complex environments and digitalisation of financial services in asset management.
Ghislain has joined Ailancy in 2010. He works on development strategy projects, organization, outsourcing, process optimization, PMO and implementation of IS solutions on behalf of Retail Banking. He has extensive experience in very complex transformation projects.
Graduated in Political and Social Communication at the Sorbonne, Virginie began her career in the political world. In 2008, she moved to organizational and management consulting by joining Ailancy. She has developed an expertise in the investment services sector and more particularly in post-trade professions. Virginie regularly works on regulatory projects (T2S, MIFID II).
With a double degree in engineering and a master’s in finance, Paul has 4 years of consulting experience with Ailancy – Headlink Partners for Asset Managers and Investment Banking after more than 8 years in various in-house roles with Société Générale and UBS in London. He has led numerous projects for major banks in Paris and international leaders on missions with a strong business dimension on regulatory, digital, commercial, HR and strategic issues. His background gives him a strong expertise and legitimacy in CIB, asset management and international market structures.
Anthony Chomette rejoint le cabinet de conseil, leader Français du conseil en transformation spécialisé en banque, assurance et finance, en qualité de Directeur Associé.
Capitalisant sur plus de 12 ans d’expérience, Anthony accompagne les sociétés d’assurances, les mutuelles et les institutions de prévoyance dans leurs grands programmes de transformation, de la conceptualisation de la vision stratégique, jusqu’à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle. Spécialiste des marchés de la santé et de la prévoyance, Anthony a développé une approche globale des enjeux du secteur, grâce à ces multiples expériences (assurance, approche servicielle, médical). Dans son passé, Anthony fut l’un des premiers à rejoindre la business unit assurance du cabinet weave début 2014, qu’il contribuera activement à développer et à faire rayonner. Depuis 2018, il était leader chez onepoint, suite au rachat de weave.
Martine has been working on CIB issues for 8 years after having piloted numerous projects in private banking, asset management and securities services for more than 10 years. She has demonstrated her ability to lead programs / projects in complex environments based on her keen understanding of business issues, her strength of conviction and her pragmatism.
Thomas has been working for over 15 years in the financial services sector in France and Europe. After nearly 10 years of assisting retail banks in improving the commercial efficiency of their branch networks and telephone platforms, Thomas specialised in the wealth management sector: transformation of front office teams, digital transformation, creation of new business models, etc. He uses innovative methods inspired by the world of start-ups. Before joining Ailancy in May 2021, Thomas worked at Accenture, EY and Chappuis Halder & Cie.
Guillaume joined Ailancy in 2017. With 15 years of experience in Consulting, Guillaume mainly worked in retail banking on issues of organizational adaptations, the overhaul of banking subsidiaries and the transformation of banking IS. He solidified his skills in transformation management, organizational study and preparation for business decisions.
Etienne joined Ailancy in 2016. He works on regulatory, organizational, outsourcing, process optimization, change management and transformation plan structuring projects on behalf of Retail Banking. He has an extensive experience in highly complex transformation projects.
Mathieu has been practicing for more than 12 years in the savings and digital sectors. He has been the right-hand man of managers for 7 years now, and is a specialist in the issues of digitalization and distribution of stock market and online savings products.
After starting his career on the trading floor as a structured product salesman at BNP Paribas CIB in Belgium, he put his passion for innovation and digital technology to good use by creating a Foodtech and then launching the Robo Advisor activity of Active Asset Allocation. He then became Deputy General Manager of BinckBank in France, where he was responsible for the creation of the Life Insurance business and for steering the strategy of the group’s new activities in the Netherlands. He then became Head of Strategy, Development and Operations for the online savings brokers Mesplacements.fr and Assurancevie.com.
Gaëlle joins Ailancy in 2022 as Associate Director, within BT ISAM. Prior to Ailancy, she was Head of Business Transformation at HSBC Global Asset Management. For almost 10 years, she had the opportunity to lead numerous local and global transformation programs, organizational, regulatory, HR, IS, infrastructures. Gaëlle previously held various positions within the Product function, in particular in charge of tenders and numerous fund launches on various strategies.
After a BBA obtained in Canada (Nova Scotia), Thomas has been working for more than 19 years in the banking sector within consulting firms (Deloitte, Headlink-Partners), Program Director (CIBC, BPCE), and freelance entrepreneur (La Banque Postale). He has carried out numerous assignments in the majority of the Bank’s business lines (Retail Banking, Private Banking, Asset Management) and in the various departments (sales, distribution, compliance, finance, HR, projects and IT) for the main French players. Thomas is also a certified Black Belt Lean 6s, experienced in process improvement, able to lead change at all levels of the organisation and to build the strategic vision
Benjamin has more than 15 years of experience in consulting for financial institutions. After working for Kurt Salmon, he joined Ailancy. Benjamin has a deep knowledge of the financial industry (Banking and Insurance) acquired during his experiences of target operational model redesign (Front to Back), product creation and launch and post-merger integration. He assists Asset Managers and Insurers in managing their transformation projects, from strategy to implementation.
Rania joined Ailancy in 2012. She has worked on major transformation programs and their operational implementation. She is specialized in P&C subjects through interventions aimed at developing new offer, optimizing claims management and boosting the digital distribution of insurance products.
Capitalizing on more than 20 years of experience in market finance, Geraldine assists banks in their operational and regulatory transformation challenges as well as their adaptation or technological revolution objectives aiming at optimizing their processes. In the past, Geraldine held the position of Back Office Manager at a broker before joining Société Générale in 2007 as Back Office Manager for listed futures and options. Her curiosity then led her to project management, where she had the opportunity to gain expertise in regulatory issues such as the Dodd-Frank Act, EMIR and MIFID 1 and 2; she also covered risks relating to Sanctions and Embargos (S&E Manager), anti-money laundering and the financing of terrorism, as well as environmental and social risks.
Laurent Lanzini joins Ailancy, the leading French consulting firm specialising in transformation in banking, insurance and finance, as Associate Director.
Capitalizing on more than 16 years of experience in the banking, insurance and finance sectors, Laurent Lanzini is a specialist in the finance function. He assists financial services managers in their business transformation challenges, as well as in digitalization and technological transformation. Laurent Lanzini is a chartered accountant and has a master’s degree in statistics with an option in insurance and actuarial science. He has worked for KPMG, Crédit Logement and Square Management. There, he promoted work on artificial intelligence in the finance function, the implementation of the IFRS 17 accounting standard and, with a researcher, the design and deployment of a global performance management model.
Julien joined Ailancy in 2020 after starting his career at PwC Luxembourg where he worked for 10 years in the asset management sector as an auditor and consultant. Julien works with asset managers and asset servicers on transformation projects, strategic analyses, development of operational models, implementation of automation projects and reorganisation.
Rémy has more than 15 years of experience in leading transformation, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency programs with a strong international dimension. After a few years in the Automotive industry and Credit Insurance in the United States, he entered consulting for financial institutions joining Headlink Partners in 2011, then Ailancy when they merged. He has led numerous strategic initiatives, mostly in the Asset Management, but also CIB, Retail Banking and Insurance sectors.
With over 12 years of experience in consulting, Arnaud joined Ailancy in 2022. He mainly works with corporate and investment banks on transformation programs impacting business lines and/or Compliance and Risk functions. He has participated in a number of regulatory implementation programs, remediation projects, optimization of operational models and streamlining and automation of control environments.
A graduate of EDHEC Business School, Javotte has 25 years of experience in Private Banking and Asset Management, mainly abroad (Luxembourg, Bahamas and Zurich) in a complex, cross-functional and multicultural environment within major banking groups (Crédit Agricole Indosuez, Société Générale, UBS). An expert in risk culture and mindsets transformation, she has carried out ambitious strategic projects to respond to regulatory changes. She has specialised in Front to Back optimisation of organisations, their governance and processes, within local entities (including start-ups) as well as in global functions, where she has demonstrated her skills in project management, change management and support for complex strategic transformation.
