Very marginal until 2019, teleworking burst onto the scene in March 2020 in the networks of banks and insurance companies. Although it disrupts the organisation of sales outlets and is not compatible with certain network activities, teleworking has nevertheless been accepted by customers and meets the aspirations of some front-office staff. How can this transformation be managed? What are the benefits of teleworking and what are the obstacles?
