Aware of the delay in creating a European champion in the Cloud to compete with AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform, France and the European Union have agreed to define a binding regulatory framework to make the American hyperscalers evolve by creating partnerships with local players such as OVHCloud, Thales, Orange and Capgemini in order to propose a new Cloud offer compatible with the challenges of protecting strategic services and customer data.
