Personal data

The user of this site is informed that, in accordance with the provisions of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, relating to data processing, files and freedoms, and those of European Regulation EU 2016/679 relating to data protection, the personal information that he communicates through the contact and recruitment forms are necessary to respond to his request, and are intended solely for the company Ailancy.

Ailancy is, on the basis of its legitimate interest, responsible for processing the user’s personal data for the purposes of managing responses and applications. Said data is stored on servers in France. Data collected through the contact form is not retained after Ailancy’s response to the user’s request. The data collected via the recruitment form is kept by Ailancy for a period not exceeding 12 months, for the purposes of monitoring applications.

The user has, with regard to the personal data communicated, rights of access, rectification, opposition, rights to limitation and to be forgotten, under the conditions and limits provided for by articles 15 to 21 of European Regulation EU 2016/679 on data protection. The user’s request must be accompanied by proof of identity (CNI, passport).

In addition, the user of this site is required to respect the provisions of the law relating to computers, files and freedoms, as well as those of European Regulation EU 2016/679 on data protection, the violation of which is liable to criminal penalties.

In particular, with regard to the nominative information to which he has access, he must refrain from any collection, any misuse, and in general, any act likely to infringe the privacy or the reputation of persons.

Ailancy reserves the right, for the proper use of its site, to place “cookies” on the user’s computer and to access them. A cookie is a small amount of data transmitted by a website’s server to the user’s browser and which can only be read by the sending server. The data, intended to measure site visit statistics, are not personal: the user remains anonymous, unless he has otherwise provided personal information to Ailancy himself.
