The management consulting firm, Ailancy, and the human resources consulting firm, Carewan, conducted a survey in the summer of 2017, with more than 50 HR professionals from the banking, finance and insurance sectors, on the subject of Artificial Intelligence and its impact on human and social issues. The benefits of these new technologies are unanimously recognised, but fears emerge upstream of projects about the associated human and social risks.
