In more than 15 years, we have built unique knowledge of our clients’ businesses, market trends and best practices to carry out the most complex projects.

Our continuous regulatory watch and monitoring of the latest business trends allow us to remain at the forefront of the market and provide regular advice to the General Management of our clients in advance of the implementation of their strategic choices.

In order to adapt to our clients’ specificities, we build tailor-made approaches capitalizing on our methodology and know-how. We intervene throughout the life cycle of projects: audit and diagnosis (projects, organization and IT), management of RFI / RFP (selection of service providers and IT editors), benchmarks, regulatory framework, review of operational models, process optimization, remediation, change management and of course project management.

All managers of our Business Team are AMF certified.
